    Jordan Chin: Putting the Fun into Fatherhood

    In this week’s very special episode, we speak with Jordan Chin, a dear friend of mine who is a familiar name in the world of business executives, and a loving father of three kids. Jordan is also a co-founder of Organika, a local supplement company whose products are mainstays on the shelves of Costco and Whole Foods. In this episode, Jordan and I talk about how to maintain and build a healthy mindset as we balance raising our young families with a busy work life. In particular, Jordan advocates for recognizing the fun of parenthood, a lesson which Jordan and his wife increasingly embraced with their second and third children. Whether it's taking time for himself and his wife, or through hiring an executive coach, Jordan discusses how taking care of yourself can help you better enjoy the beautiful journey of being a parent.     Steven Ngo: 2 Kids, 5 New Reflections

    Bruce Chou: The Equalizing Effect of Parenthood

    In our first episode of 2026, we speak with Bruce Chou, a dentist and founder of FutureDMD, a dental coaching and mentorship program. Bruce is also a happy father of a one year old son. In this introspective conversation, Bruce articulates parenthood as a great “equalizer”in one’s life whereby all parents can share and connect through similar experiences and struggles regardless of who they are as individuals.
